Brett Outchcunis offers yo-yo programming for scouting organizations from Tiger Cubs through Eagle Scouts. These programs are suitable for Blue and Gold Banquets, Camps and Pack Meetings.

The programs focus on skill building and self-esteem. Utilizing the yo-yo as a vehicle for a larger message, Outch ("ooch") astonishes young and old alike with his skill, knowledge of the toy and his down-to-earth, matter-of-fact and sometimes goofy sense of humor.

Brett incorporates music in his yo-yo shows and a sprinkle of creative movement. He feels that the yo-yo experience should be a “group participation ” activity and “yo-yo grooving” can be rather fun and stimulating.


Each show is fine-tuned to suit the needs of the organization. Brett always makes a point to incorporate whatever theme or message the organization is trying to enforce with the scouts. Getting “the message” across to the scouts isn’t always an easy task for the scout leaders and often times an alternate approach such as this proves effective.
