Brett has been entertaining since he was 11. He studied for 9 years under Sandra Baker at the Baker School of Dance in Wareham, MA. He has competed and placed in numerous competitions from Boston to New York including “Star Power”, “DMA” and “Gold” contests. After teaching two years of tap, hip-hop and ballroom at Enlair Dance Theatre in Westport, MA he packed it all up and moved to Encinitas, California to “live the life”, whatever that is . . .

After graduating from Wareham High School in 1994, he attended and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelors degree in Communications. While in college, he further polished his entertainment skills by taking up acting. During his summer breaks, Brett took roles in community theatre at the Marion Art Centre including the lead in Neil Simon’s, “Brighton Beach Memoirs”.

Directly after graduating from college Brett took a job as a professional yo-yo demonstrator and toured the US and Canada for Yomega Corporation, a major yo-yo company. He remains the “front-man” for Yomega Corp but also heads up the Northeast Yo-Yo Group. Brett organizes and runs a number of major yo-yo contests around the country including the Yomega Y3A World Yo-Yo Contest and Convention, The Northeast Regional Yo-Yo Contest and the California State Yo-Yo Contest.

Brett recently auditioned for the Boston run of STOMP and made it through the lengthy audition process. Although he didn’t quite make the show, he is currently on STOMP’s “callback” list if and when they choose to use him.

Brett currently owns an entertainment company called NinePoints Entertainment and specializes in school enrichment programming. NinePoints Entertainment also provides voice-over and DJ services to the public.
